The Lights on Temple Square

On Sunday, December 13, after church, we headed to Salt Lake with our friends the Benson's and the Rindlisbacher's to see the lights on Temple Square.


I made sack lunches for us to eat on the way down, which was a fun treat for the girls to have in the car.


We got to Salt Lake around 4:30 and went to the North Visitors Center first to look around and to take the girls up to see the Christus.

We left Mendon in a snow storm and returned to Mendon in a snow storm (the canyon was NASTY) but at least there was no snow (just a little drizzle of rain at the end) in Salt Lake, which made for a pleasant and fun evening.
