24th of July Parade

Hannah's TaVaci group rode in the 24th of July parade in Logan. She was so excited to be riding in the parade. She rode in one other parade a couple of years ago with her dance group and she loved it! So, when asked if she wanted to participate the answer was YES! What a lucky girl. She's only 7 years old and has been in two parades!

Me, Dave, Ashley, Nicole, Grandma Peterson, Kendal, Bridger, Sam and McKenna were on the side cheering her on as she went by!

Ashely was totally bummed that she wasn't able to ride in the parade so we made sure and put her on the trailer so she could have her picture taken and feel important too if only for a moment. After all was said and done, I think Ashley preferred being on the side lines because she "scored" in the candy department. One of my high school friends was in the parade and one of his co-workers husband works with Dave at Mt. Crest. When they saw us, they dumped a whole bag of salt water taffy in front of us. The kids were in HEAVEN!
